The California Payroll Conference was established in 1987 as a non-profit organization.
The Conference was initially held once every two years but in 2014 it was determined the need for an annual conference was too great. The California Payroll Conference is now annual and will endeavor to give every attendee the opportunity to:
- Participate in a dynamic conference which makes use of the considerable talent within the American Payroll Association.
- Provide a professional, entertaining, and educational learning experience for all attendees with the optimum amount of RCH credits that can be obtained.
- Provide programs which inspire and equip our members to strive for higher standards of performance in every phase of payroll.
The California Payroll Conference offers a great opportunity for networking with other conference attendees and our wonderful group of exhibitors and sponsors. We will have dynamic presentations from payroll professionals, law firms, CPA firms, and government agencies. All speakers are well regarded in their fields and are selected to speak based upon their particular areas of expertise. Each session is created to provide the utmost benefit to the Conference attendees, allowing them the opportunity to learn as well as participate in the discussion.
The California Payroll Conference has no paid employees or officers. The individuals responsible for organizing the conference are professionals involved in payroll who donate their time to plan and carry out the mission of the Conference which is to educate the payroll professional while providing an entertaining and educational learning experience.
Please reach out to any of the Board Members if you have any questions regarding the conference. We are here to assist you and look forward to seeing you each year at the California Payroll Conference.
